Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & returns POLICY

Our Shippinng & returns policy applies for all deliveries. We use Austrlalia Post for weekday deliveries  made during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and occasionally until 7pm to residential addresses.

We are unable to deliver on Saturday and Sundays. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

​

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee times of delivery. We use Australia Post as our courier service. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post conditions.

Holiday Deliveries

​

Demand upon our resources during holiday periods is very high and we are unable to offer timed deliveries of any kind during periods like but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may order Products by selecting and submitting your order through the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Any order placed through this Site for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.

By placing an order through this Site, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The Seller must receive payment in full for the Products at the time the order is placed by you. Once payment had been made, we will send an electronic order confirmation and arrange for the dispatch of the Product.

 

We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the Site.

 

You agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site.

Availability of Products

​

From time-to-time products may not be available. At such times, an alternative product to the same or greater value will be used.

Custom Orders

 

If you would like us to customise a gift hamper especially for you, let us know the occasion and your budget and we will be delighted to help. You can book an appointment online and video call you to discuss your needs.

Hampers Containing Alcohol

​

Gifts containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Gift Therapy abides by the NSW Liquor Licensing Law and Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any alcohol packages purchased by customers are considered a genuine gift. 

​

The Gift is packaged and presented in custom-made gift boxes and presented with a personalised card. 

When alcohol has been included, it cannot be delivered to the person purchasing, as its solely intended as a Gift. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left unattended, an adult must be available to sign and receive delivery. 

​

The recipient of any gift box that includes alcohol must be over the age of 18 years. 

Purchaser representation: By placing an order with Gift Therapy, you, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.

Gift Cards

 

Gift cards may be used at any time and must be redeemed at the Site. If the value of the Product is more than the amount of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the remaining outstanding amount at checkout.

If the value of the Product is less than the amount of the Gift Card, then the change will remain on the Gift Card.

You acknowledge and agree to provide the correct email address as Gift Cards will be sent via email unless requested otherwise.

Gift Cards are not refundable for cash and are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

Cancellations

​

We will be happy to cancel or change your order if 48 hours’ notice is given. Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order after this time.

 

We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

Refunds & Exchanges

 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or if your recipient would prefer a different gift.

We do not offer refunds if delivery is delayed via Australia Post.

​

In the event that your gift hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please call us on 0451 910 003 within 24 hours of the delivery to organise replacement items, we'll need a photo to confirm the damage.

​

Applications for refunds outside our above terms will be assessed by management and a response provided within 48 hours. Return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
