Can I create my own Gift Hamper?Absolutely, just send us an email at info@gifttherapy.com.au with the items or packages you like and we'll give you a call to confirm your needs and quote the cost.

Are your Hampers Gluten Free?All of our gluten free hampers are packed with products that indicate they are gluten free but as I do not manufacture the food, please read the ingredient information contained on the food or on help cards contained in our gift hampers.

How is my Hamper packaged?We use 100% Eco-friendly packaging which includes our custom made gift boxes, made from 100% recycled materials, our tissue papers is made from 100% recycled paper and Hero Pack mailing bags are Australian-Owned and Certified-Compostable Shipping Mailers. If we use boxes to deliver multiple gift boxes we recycle the boxes our products have been delivered in to continue to reuse what we have. We like to consider your needs and our environment too.

How will the recipient know who sent the Hamper?We offer free personalised messages for all gift hampers so the recipient knows you sent their beautiful gift hamper.

Do you do Corporate Packages or Business Events Gift Bags?For all business enquiries please do not hesitate to send us an email at info@gifttherapy.com.au with a general list of items you would like packaged, quantity and a contact number.
